Please note that while our TripShot website shows all current Genentech routes, only the Glen Park, Caltrain, and Ferry Connector routes are available to Oyster Point tenants at this time.

HOURS

• Runs every 15 minutes from 6 AM to 10 AM and from 3 PM to 7 PM.
• Hourly service available between 10:30 AM and 3 PM.
• Inbound Service (to Oyster Point) stops at 10:30 AM
• Outbound Service (to Glen Park BART) begins at 11:30

Beginning February 2, 2026, the Glen Park BART transit connector will make an hourly express “Direct-to-Genentech” run. The express runs do not serve The Cove or Gateway & Corporate stops. Only the express routes skip these two stops. You are still allowed to take these shuttles, but please keep this in mind when selecting your ride. Express shuttles will be labeled accordingly on the bus head sign.

BUS STOP LOCATION & SCHEDULE

There have been some changes to the Glen Park BART service to and from Oyster Point. Please be sure to confirm your transit times.

• To view the BART schedule, click here.
• During the AM period, the route stops at 300 Gateway Boulevard, and during the PM period the route stops at 500 Gateway Boulevard.
