HOW TO RIDE
1. Download & Sign Up for the Veo App
Simply download the free VeoRide app from the App Store or Google Play and sign up for an account with your phone number and work email.Â
If you are part of an enterprise, follow the guide below to unlock your Oyster Point benefits. **NOTE** If you are encountering difficulties singing up, try turning off your WiFi and signing up using your data.
2. Find Your Veo Scooter
Our vehicles are GPS-enabled and can be easily located using the Veo mobile app. Once you open the app, you will see icons for the fleet types available in your vicinity.
3. Unlock and Ride
Using your smartphone, scan the QR code on the bike’s handlebars or the rear lock. On the e-scooter, just scan the QR code on the handlebars. You can also manually enter the 8-digit ID to unlock the vehicle.

Wear a helmet
Wear a helmet, ride responsibly, put both of your hands on handlebars.
Yield to pedestrians
Always yield to pedestrians and avoid riding on the sidewalk.
Park in authorized zones
Park responsibly, keep walkways clear, never block driveways or crosswalks.
Obey all traffic laws
Observe all traffic signs/laws.
Ride in the bike lane/street
Ride with traffic or in bike lanes.
Pre-Inspect your ride
Pre-inspect your vehicle for any non-working parts and report to Veo customer support. Do not ride anything that’s out of order.

PARKING
Riding around Oyster Point has never been so easy!
Our Veo seated scooters have designated parking locations across the Oyster Point neighborhood. Parking spots are marked with a 🅿️ icon located in Veo. To end a ride, you must park your seated scooter in a designated parking area.
